Bob has studied the decision-making process and presents a 4 step process to improve decision-making. Examples are presented and the "why" based approach is contrasted to the "how" based traditional method.

 

In the Fall of 2001, Bob made the decision to leave the corporate world and start a new career as a speaker, writer and consultant. With over 20 years of experience at the Vice President, General Manager and Board levels managing both line and staff functions for manufacturers, publishers, service providers and E-commerce businesses. He has been a featured speaker at a number of industry conferences and has had articles published in a variety of different trade magazines.
